Thank you for signing
up for the Rebuild from Depression Newsletter!
This site focuses on dietary and lifestyle changes we can make to
alleviate depression.
You have to eat anyway. Make it count.
The depression buster foods are those foods highest in nutrients
that fight depression. Of over fifty foods on the depression buster
list, here are three foods known for their high content of Omega-3
fatty acids. The bear in the picture below is even a nutrient-dense
food, perhaps because of his diet of
salmon.

But if you
somehow lost your appetite, it’s all about presentation. The flax
seed, walnuts, and salmon are ready for dinner in the pictures
below. Not only are they rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, they are good
sources of many vitamins and minerals.

Not all foods on the
list made it for their exceptional Omega-3 content. A stand-out for
its B-12 content as well as B-6 and zinc is in the picture below. I
know, it scares me to think about eating it, too. But I’ve got some
in the freezer and I’m going to give it a try.
