Depression is on the link between nutrients and
depression. Improving our nutrient status will alleviate
depression.
The book details seven nutrients and extensive food science
research on increasing those nutrients in our diets.
If the seven nutrients are the top research-based suspects when it
comes to depression, what should we eat?
We can focus on specific nutrients and eat foods high in those
nutrients. Those sorts of lists are here.
