    What about pork liver? Lamb liver? Pork kidney? Got any tips for those?

  2. I’d probably go these directions with any of the livers (though I’ve never had pork liver). Pork kidney….Hmmm.

    Pork liver is great in pate or liverwurst. The Danish use it a lot, try googling Danish pate recipes.

  6. Thank you for your post on liver. I’m crazy about liver. I was able to find grass-fed beef liver at the Whole Foods near me.
    I grew up eating pork liver. My mom put it in soups.
